Do you provide airport transfers or shuttle services?
No, but we have friends that we can recommend. Roberts Hawaii has reliable shuttles and airport transfers.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out is by 12 p.m./Noon.
Do you offer free parking?
Valet parking is available for our hotel guests for $45.00 per day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and deposit policies will vary by rate. Please review the specific booking policies prior to making a reservation.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
We love your four-legged friends but only service animals are allowed to stay on the property.
Do you have accessible rooms or facilities?
Suites at Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites are individually owned and ADA accessible rooms are not available at this time. A property map and more info about accessible areas can be found on our website on the “Accessibility” page.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, stop by the front desk when you need to store your luggage on your day of arrival or departure. We’ll take care of the rest.
Are there connecting or adjoining rooms available?
No, but upon requests, we’ll do our best to put you and your group near each other. Subject to availability.
Do you offer special rates for long stays, groups, or events?

Is breakfast included with this room?
No, but there are several eateries located at the Ilikai ranging from casual open-air dining to full service sit down restaurants and grab-and-go coffee.
Try Empire Steak House for coastline views and their signature surf and turf, Menehune Grille for courtyard dining, and Paradise Poke for fresh Hawaiian-style poke (guests receive a 10% discount!). Located on the lobby level, Ku`ai Market is also a great place to stock up to prep meals from your studio kitchen.
Is there a mini-fridge, kettle, or microwave in the room?
All of our suites have fully equipped gourmet kitchens with a 4-burner stoveop, full-sized fridge, a microwave, and a toaster.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, wi-fi use is covered by the daily amenity fee.
Can I request an extra bed or baby cot?
We’re happy to provide a complimentary crib and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge. Both are based on availability.
Are housekeeping services included?
Yes, we provide daily housekeeping service.
Can I choose my room location (e.g., floor, view, near elevator)?
You’re welcome to make a request but room location is not guaranteed and subject to availability.
Do the rooms have a safe for valuables?
Yes, there is a safe in each room and we recommend you keep your valuables stored here. If you fail to use the in-room safe, you assume full responsibility for the loss of valuables sustained by you as a result of theft or otherwise unless the loss is due to negligence or fault of the hotel. Lost safe keys will incur a $50.00 charge. A complete copy of the applicable law is posted behind the guest room door and is also available at the Front Desk
Is there a workspace or desk in the room?
Suites feature a bar counter you can work and brainstorm from but it is not a traditional desk.
Is there an iron and ironing board in the room?
Yes, each suite comes with an iron and ironing board.

What are the must-see attractions near the hotel?
Every Friday night, Waikiki has a spectactular weekly fireworks display off the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. Our hotel is a prime viewing spot to catch the show. Ala Moana Regional Park is a locally loved beach that’s perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, and picnics. The Ala Moana Center is a short walk away and the world’s largest open-air shopping center with over 350 stories and a bustling food court.
Do you offer tours or sightseeing packages?
No, but we have a concierge’s desk in the lobby. Your stay also includes admission to the Bishop Museum (1 adult and children under 17) and Honolulu Museum of Art (1 adult and child under 18).
Can you help arrange transportation to local attractions?
Our front desk can call a taxi for you or you’re welcome to use ride-hailing apps like Uber which operate on the island.
Is public transport easily accessible from the hotel?
There’s a local bus stop right by the hotel at Ala Moana Boulevard + Kahanamoku St that can take you to Waikiki Beach and other major areas.

Are there any free local attractions or walking tours?
There are many free things to do in Waikiki. Check out Hawaii Free Tours and of course, access to all Hawaiian beaches are free outside of extra activities, lessons, and equipment rentals. Many hiking trails are also free and so is the Dole Plantation.

There are several eateries right at the Ilikai ranging from casual open-air dining to full service sit down restaurants and grab-and-go coffee.

Hawaiian Aroma Coffee brews premium coffee daily and Dave’s Hawaiian Ice Cream is a local favorite with over 50 flavors made on Oahu. We recommend the Hawaiian Mud Pie and Ube for an authentic taste of Hawaii.
